Windows Logo + i (Settings) or go to Control Panel->Hardware -> Mouse

Additional Mouse Options
Go to the very Right Tab (in my case it says Elan
Go down in Options
Multifinger
Scrolling
Check/ uncheck reverse
Click Apply
Alt + F4 or Click "x" to exit
Click ok in mouse settings
Click "x" on settings tab.
and you are good to go.
